(1)Ready for use
1)Machine should be wiped totally after unpacking, check whether the fastener is loose and wiring is loose or fall out, or electrical components is damaged. All moving parts inject lubricating oil (fat).
2) The machine should be reliable grounding, get through single-phase power supply of 220V/50Hz .
3)The width of the packaging material should be the same as the size of width guide groove of film former. Measuring cup inner cavity’s size determines the volume of package, stuff filling amount need to be no more than around 70% of the volume of the bag , in order to prevent stuff to be sandwiched in the sealing surface in the process of packaging, affect the quality of heat sealing.

(2) Operation and adjustment
1)Connect with the power source, switch on the lock of power source, get through to the total power switch, computer monitor start to work.
2)The displays of temperature in micro-computer turn to the “On” position, set temperature of verticall sealing and horizonal sealing in temperature control instrument.
3)Open the vertical sealing ,film wheel and horizontal sealing by pressuring jogging switch.
4)Put the film to the packaging film former and the pulling film wheel passing through the guide roller.
5)Closed film wheel, press the "Esc"button for 5 seconds , smooth descending packaging film by rotating the pulling film wheel.
6)Put packaging film into the diaphragm between photoelectric head and guide plate, move photoelectric eye aim at color code on the wrapping film.
7)Enter the computer panel and start to operate. (detail information as aftermentioned ) 
8)Shutter of closing and opening materials plate, adjust feeding time. It is the optimization that the poowder is filled into the bag when the horizonal sealing plate is just closed. If the filling time is not accurate, open the wheel clutch 2 , can be controlled by the handle B, then pick up gear 3 connecting with the stuff tray with hand, for the time being rotate the wheel, the filling time will be matched with the packing process. 
9)Put the packaging stuff into hopper, inflow the wheel, when photoelectric sensor detect that hopper are short of materials, start to vibrate for feeding stuff , supply the stuff into the rotary tray.
10) Adjust feeding volume of the measuring scvrew, coincide with the requirements of the packaging..
11) Start the main motor, the machines are ready for process of packaging and bag forming.
12) Check the sealing quality, according to the condition of sealing quality, adjust thermal sealing temperature and thermal sealing pressure.
13)Packing speed adjustment: after the machine running, rotate clockwise the ring of speed regulation of main motor pulley can slow down the packing speed, conversely the packing speed is faster.
14)While finished the packing process, open the stuff tray firstly; 2, Turn off the motor switch and totally switch, clean the machine after those.

For a new commodity packaging of chain bucket automatic packing machine, according to the following steps: According to method of 5.3 and 5.4, need to set the weight of the packaged goods into the weight Settings. Pour into powder ready for packing, start the machine and for 5 bags packaging normally. Weigh out the weight of each bag respectively with scale, and then calculate the average weight value of per bag (unit: g), with length  value divided by the bag weight that just calculate, get the actual specific gravity of the goods, correct to 1 decimal places (such as 7.5), and reset it to the chain bucket automatic packing machine system.Start the machine to normally rack and pack, the racking and packing weight should be the same as the weight that you set at this time, if there is a little deviation, fine-tune the weight until the racking and packing weight is same as the required weight. Due to viscosity and liquidity of all kinds of powder, etc, the accuracy may not be able to achieve 100%, it is commonly acceptable for plus or minus 0.6 g or so. Please finally get the records, in case of rackaging the same products, that is ready for the future, because the specific gravity of the same products is same, in the after days those records can be used directly.1.Structure of panel
PV display window: Positive value (Sampling value) display window.
SV display window: setting value display window.
AT indicator: Auto-tuning indicator light , shine for automatic tuning status.
OUT 1 and OUT 2: control the output indicator light, shine for output status, extinguish for no output status. 
SET: the setting schema transformation key.
2.Panel button operational guide
(1) SET button: in normal display status, short press the AT button to enter the SV modification status and SV value flashing; Long press the SET button to enter the Setting menu.
(2)" ▲" and" ▼" button: in the SV value menu or Setting menu, short press to set the values. 
(3)In" ▲" modifying SV status, long press this button can rapidly increase the SV value or menu parameter value.
(4)In " ▼" modifying SV status, long press this button to quickly reduce the SV value or menu parameter value. 
(5)After the completion of changing all parameters ,need to press SET to confirm.

Panel operating instructions
2.1 Start/stop key:Switch on power supply of the packaging machine, press the start/stop button, the system enter the working state, the main motor is starting to rotate at the same time, the status bar of the LCD panel display the "start". Again press the start/stop button, the system stops working, the LCD panel speed bar shows "stop".
2.2 Measure key-Length measurement button: Click the measure key ---length measurement button, the system will automatically measure the length of two cursor point of the packaging film as the next runtime. (the same length of cursor points of packaging film only need to measure for a time).
2.3 JOG key:Pin or press on the " JOG" button, main motor start jogging, but the system never enter the working state, loosen the " JOG" button, the main motor stops.
2.4 Menu key(confirm key):There are the functions of selection, enter and confirm. Such as: click on the "Menu"button to enter the main menu, press on the ∧ key or ∨ key to make the cursor on a detail option , again click on "Menu" button to enter the selected item, after the completion of the adjustment, escape the control system by pressing "Esc" key, the system will keep the parameters your are setting.
2.5 The ∧ key:At all levels of menu, press the ∧ key and the cursor will jump up a line, in the digital adjustment mode press the ∧ button to add "1", in the switch adjustment mode press ∧ key ,the switch state will transfer into "open" or "off". (in the "stop"condition press ∧ system directly enter into photoelectrical "Location"menu) .
2.6 The ∨ key:At all levels of the menu, press ∨ key and the cursor will jump down a line, in the digital adjusting state, press the ∨ button to subtract "1", in the switch adjusting state press ∨ will transfer into"open"or"off". (in the "stop" condition, press ∨ key, system will directly enter into the "auxiliary switch"function menu).
2.7Esc(Escape)key:return to the last menu or exit. (in the "stop"state ,press "Esc"key for 2 seconds, stepper motor will be jogging, press Esc key not to get away the stepper motor will continuously keep jogging). 
Note: this system can also be entered into the main menu and change the parameters that you want to adjust at runtime. The above adjusting parameters will be memorized automatically in the system after power off, call back automatically switch on power source again the next time.

2. Adjust the length and speed of packing according to the packing goods.
2.1 Press the "Menu" key, the screen displays the main menu:
2.2Press the "Menu" key: enter the bag making parameters Settings ,LCD screen display:
2.3 Press the "Menu" key , enter the set of the thousand digits of length , the screen display: (the unit is mm)
2.4 Press ∧ key or ∨ key to adjust to thousand digits of the length that you want to pack. Such as: 1200 mm, set this thousand digits to 1, if packing length less than 1000 mm, this digit is set to 0.
2.5 Press the "Menu" key again, enter the set of the hundred digits of length, the method is same as thousand digits. Use the same method to set decade and unit digit. (Length of 150 mm is shown above, as packaging length is 185 mm, set 0185.)
Length setting finished, press ”Esc” the LCD screen returns to the bag making parameter Settings and display:
2.6 Press ∨key to move the cursor to the speed regulation, the screen shows:
Press the “Menu” key, enter the speed regulation, the screen shows:
Press ∨key or ∧ key to adjust the speed, range from 0-16. But packaging length is related to what can adjust to the highest position of speed is different, if the adjusting speed is too high, system will automatically down to the right position. Press “Esc” to return to the interface of bag making parameter Settings. 2.7 Then press ∨ key to move the cursor to the photoSW, press "Menu" key to enter the photoelectric switch settings, the LCD screen shows:
Press the ∨key or ∧ key to change the state of the photoelectric switch "on"or "off". (note: when using packaging film without cursor, can't turn on the switch), press "Esc" to return to the interface of bag making parameter Settings.
2.8 Dispart Sever device
2.8.1 Press "Menu"key to enter the main menu, and then press the "Menu"key to enter bag making parameter settings and then press the ∨key to set the cursor to the line 4 "D-Sever", press "Menu"key to enter: 
2.8.2 Enter the above interface and press "Menu"key to enter dispart quantity setting, with ∨key or ∧ key to set the dispart quantity, press "Esc" key to return. 
2.8.3 Move the cursor to D-Sever and press the"Menu" key, then ∨key or ∧ key to change "on" or "off".
2.8.4 D-delay is used to adjust pop-up time of the cutting knife.
2.9 Then press ∨ key the cursor moves to the initial position
Note: the above each adjustment interface without any key operation within 30 seconds, the system will automatically return to the "main window", the set data process will give up.
3、Press the start/stop key, the machine start to run, screen speed bar display"start", after two packages"start"will transfer into display the currentpacking speed, you can see packing quantity per minute of this machine. 
4、When change the packaging film with different length of the printed color mark, maybe the cut knife doesn't cut the right position of just color mark at this time, you can press ∧ key to enter "Location" interface, and then press ∧ key or ∨ key to adjust the position of the cutter just makes the cutting knife cutting on the color scale.
5、Weight adjustment (only applicable to screw filling machine)
5.1 Function: adjust the target weight value of packing item, make the powder packing weight more accurate.
5.2The method of entering this function: press the "Menu" key to "main menu", then to "Motor 2 Setup" into the following interface: 
The basic menu operation is same as the above method of "Motor 1 Setup".
The following is a brief introduction of each function:
5.3 Set" weight"is the target weight of the goods you want, range is from 1 to 9999 grams. If you want to packing weight of 60 g , set to "0060".
5.4 "Length "display run length (unit: mm) of screw motor, also can be used as a small adjustment of packaging weight.
5.5"Speed"is used to adjust the speed of screw motor, if packing weight change from big to small, the system will automatically reduce the speed. The following two points need to manual adjust motor speed: 
If there is a motor rotating weakly ,need to adjust to lower speed. 
If packing weight change from small to large, system will not automatically adjust to higher motor speed, so at the sight of screw rotation slowly and the packaging weight is too small, need to adjust to a higher motor speed.
5.6“Motor 2 SW” is Screw motor switch,because some type of machine is without screw motor, so the system is equipped with the control switch, the default setting is "off", turn to "on" when you need to be used in screw filling.
No.5.Chain bucket automatic packing machine 's troubles and solutions
1.Photoelectric error
If the status shows "photo elec error!" and accompanied by "bleep" of the alarm, please adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor, once the sensitivity of photoelectric sensor is too high or too low that has been tuned, also can lead to the failure.
The setting value of the length do not conform to the actual length of packing bag can also lead to this failure. This system has been designed with the function of automatic measuring length, if the packing film is printed with the color mark, suggest to set the “Auto-set” of "Set up" under the main menu to "on" ,can prevent the packing length from setting error.
2.Journey error
If the status bar displays "Journeg error" accompanied by "bleep" the alarm, please check the travel switch.
3.Screw motor does not work.
Because some machines don’t need the screw motor, so set up a switch of screw motor, please check if "Motor 2SW is “on”. 
4.Problem: the stepper motor keep rotating slowly.
Likely cause and remedy:
1. Check if the 6 wires of the stepper motor have fallen off.
2. Check if the "Esc" key on the panel have been hold down.
5.Problem: unable to automatically measure length.
Likely cause and remedy:
please press the “Menu” key to enter the Main Menu - > Set up - > Auto-set , and set as "on"
