Trough type mixing machine working principle: driven by the straight cascade speed reducer, mixed u-shaped groove mounted S shape propeller blade on the spindle to directional rotation, in the process of spinning, the propeller blade ribbon not only push the material along the axial movement,but also take the material up into up front of the propeller blade ribbon, and the outer ribbon of propeller blade always make the material moving to the middle of cylinder, the inner propeller blade ribbon makes the material from middle to both sides, so forced the material moving toward 2 circuits, in the process of circulating, material has been fully mixed, obtain a good mixing effect.

Trough type mixing machine's structure:
3.1Trough type mixing machine's main material,for example mixing tank, blades and other part that directly contact with stuff are made of 304 stainless steel of the food hygiene grade, not only have good performance of acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant, also can avoid to cause secondary pollution to materials processing.

No.4.Trough type mixing machine installation and debugging

4.1 Trough type mixing machine is suitable for installation in the place of sufficiency of illumination and dry ventilated. Four casters of trough type mixing machine need to be fixed. If necessary, should also be embedded bolts or expansion bolts to fasten it.

4.2 Open the oil cap, and add lubricating oil to the deceleration machine till reach to the oil line.

4.3 Try to start the dumping material motor,, watching if dumping of the mixing tank is normal.

4.4 Pay attention to the mixing machine whether the machine has abnormal noise while trying to start, so as to stop it in time for checking.
Installation and debugging of mixing machine need to pay attention to the operation regulations:
4.5 Before operation should be carefully check the parts if there is a loose fasteners.
4.6 Mixing tank and impeller of trough type mixing machine should be scrubbed inside and outside.
4.7 Start the main motor, the propeller idle for 5 minutes, so as to judge whether there is fault.
4.8 After feeding, close the mixing tank lid,switch and start the main motor, make the stuff mixing fully.
4.9 If stuff feeding is moderate, the mixing time is 5 to 20 minutes.

No.5.Trough type mixing machine maintenance

5.1 Lubricating oil in reduction gearbox and rolling bearing cavity should be replaced periodically.
5.2 In order to ensure that the lubricating condition of worm wheel reducer, runtime gearbox temperature shall not exceed 35 & deg; C.
5.3 Per shift check the lubricating condition of the surface of main components, finding defects need to be repaired in time.
5.4Finding abnormal situation,need to immediately cut off power supply, eliminating the trouble then reused. 
5.5The machine must be reliable grounding, grounding resistance is not bigger than 4 Ohms.
5.6 No allow demolition arbitrarily of electrical equipment and belt cover.
5.7 Spindle shall be in accordance with the direction, shall not be reversed.
5.8 No allow any hard foreign body of bigger than 5 mm enter into the machine when the equipment is running, otherwise should stop running and rule out forein body immediately. If hearing abnormal sound of metal strike and friction, should stop running timely and troubleshooting.
5.9 For mixture of solid and liquid, first start running, then spray, after spraying, continue working for 3 to 5 minutes.
5.10 A mixing time is usually around 5 to 20 minutes. Special material mixing time should be confirmed by the user testing.
5.11 Mixing material particle size is 20-1400 mesh; Spray amount is depending on the adsorption properties of the material and requirements of users' production process.
5.12 Replaced lubricating oil regularly of reduction gearbox and bearings in use. Reduction gearbox lubricating oil brand according to gear reducer's specifications. Spindle bearing apply composite Lithium base grease.
5.13 Shaft end seal with using packing seal.Oil-immersed asbestos is used for sealing material.If finding that there is a small amount of leakage, should be tighten the bolt and compact filling material in gearbox cover.

If the motor of trough type mixing machine have some trouble at run time,timely detection and troubleshooting by mean of looking, hearing, smell, touch and measuring.

1.Looking： 
The abnormal manifestation of the mixing machine's motor in operating process mainly has the following several situation:
1.The stator winding short circuit, sometimes the mixing machine's motor is smoking.
2.Motor overload or short phase, the rotating speed will be slow down and have a heavy "buzzing" sound.
3.Sudden stop of the motor, can see sparks of loose wire; Blown fuse burn out or get stuck by some components.
4.Motor's vibrating seriously, it is because the actuator is stuck or motor's binding bolt of fixed place is loose, etc.
5.The motor's contact point and joint have some changes,such as discoloration, burn mark and stain , that indicate that some parts of the motor is overheating, conductor joint is poor contacting or stator winding is burned down, etc.

2.Hearing 
The motor of mixing machine should be hearing uniform and slight "buzzing" sound in normal operation, no noise and special sound. If the noise is too big, including electromagnetic noise, bearing noise and ventilation noise and noise of mechanical friction, etc, are probably fault warning or fault phenomenon.
1.For electromagnetic noise, if the motor send out heavy sound of sudden high and sudden low ,maybe for the reasons as following.
1)Uneven gap between stator and rotor, the voice of sudden high and sudden low , interval time of high voice and low voice is constant, which is caused by bearing worn so that the stator and rotor is not concentric circles.
2)Three phase current is not balance.Caused by the three-phase winding is grounding by accident,short circuit or poor contact,if the sound is very depressing, indicate that the motor of mixing machine is seriously overload or short phase.
3)Motor of mixing machine iron core fixed bolt is in looseness resulting from vibration in the operation,cause core silicon steel sheet loose, making noises. 
2.Bearing noise,with a screwdriver one side against bearing installation site in the operation of the motor, on the other side, close to the ear,then can hear the voice of bearing operation. If bearings are running normally, the voice is continuous small "rustling" sound, no voice change of high and low or metal friction sound. In the following voice is not normal phenomenon.
1)Bearings have "squeak" sound in operation, this is metal friction sound, caused by a lack of oil for bearing, inject grease by disassembling the bearing.
2)Hearing"jili"sound, this is the voice of the bearing's ball rotateing, caused by dry or lack of oil,need to fill right amount grease oil.
3)There are "creak" sound,this is the sound of bearing inner ball irregular movement, this is caused that the inside of the bearing ball or motor is out of service for a long time, grease is drought.
1)"Papa"sound,the reason is that the belt joint is not smooth.
2)"Dong dong" sound,the reason is that the coupler is loose,or joint between the belt pulley and shaft is loose,or the joint is worn between key and keyways. 
3)Uneven clash sound, caused by collision of fan blade and fan cover.

3.Smell
If smell a smelt of special paint,indicate that internal temperature of the mixing machine's motor is too high; If smell a smelt of a heavy parched of burnt food, indicate that insulation is breakdown or winding has been burned .

4.Touch　
In order to ensure safety, using the hand to touch at shell of mixing machine's motor, bearing installation site,if find that the temperature is anomaly, the reason as the following:
1.Poor ventilation.For example, fan is falling off, ventilating duct is plugging, etc.
2.Overloaded. The electric current is too large and overheat of the stator winding.
3.Stator winding interturn short circuit or three phase current is unbalanced.
4.Frequently start or braking.
5.If the temperature around the bearing is too high, it may be caused by bearing damage or short of oil.
