Grinder equipment is manufactured on the base of research and development for many years in OnFocus company ,instead of used superfine grinding products, has the good performance of grinding, crushing. This machine is widely used for food, spices and so on foodstuff those are difficult to deal with, especially suitable for peanut butter, sesame paste, chili sauce, vegetable seeds, cocoa beans, almonds, sunflower seeds, mustard oil which content high oil materials. Its characteristic is high yield, fine granularity, temperature rise is small.

No.3.Grinder equipment working principle

Grinder equipment is made by rotating grinding and fixed grinding of high-speed spin,the gap between rotating grinding and fixed grinding can adjust according to the required fineness indication through the micro adjustment system, processed stuff from the hopper into the grinder equipment between the gap of rotating grinding and fixed grinding,under the action of centrifugal force into the gap of relative motion between dynamic grinding and resting grinding, through its variable grinding gap, and through the vortex caused by high speed rotating grinding ,strong centrifugal force make foodstuff cutting, grinding. So as to refine purpose of materials.

Grinder equipment want to be ensure to work continuously, hard to avoid appearing some trouble problem,must be timely to rule out, so as not to affect its performance.
5.1Pulp grinded by grinder equipment mixed with dross.
Failure cause: there are holes in filtering seive.
Troubleshooting:When the filtering sieve is worn or damaged because of sifter mixed with hard impurities, used the same mesh sifter in a timely manner to repair it, if the holes are too much, should be replaced. Make sure to clean carefully the raw materials and pick out the stones, nails, etc before processing; And don't add too much raw material at a time.
5.2 Pulp grinded by grinder equipment is difficult to filter out.
Failure cause: the service time of the mesh is too long,mesh is dirt paste and jams,slurry can't be filter out smoothly and mix in the slag.
Troubleshooting: stop the grinder equipment, remove the mesh and clean the dirt, dried remounted.
5.3 Concentration of serum by grinder equipment is too dilute.
Failure cause:Negative load of grinder equipment is too much and increased water consumption.
Troubleshooting:Avoid by all means feeding too hard,even more should not speed up the pulping by increasing the water flow, otherwise it will directly affect the quality of pulp. Generally the ratio of material to water should control at about 1:4.
5.4 The pulp grinded by grinder equipment is too rough.
Failure cause: Grinding wheel worn seriously or the clearance of double grinding wheel is too large.
Troubleshooting:Grinding wheel by using time is too long, the tooth of grinding is flat and not sharp enough, should be early replacement of grinding wheel at this time.If it is because of the gap of grinding wheel is too big, should be to adjust the gap;If it is because of the grinding wheel up and down is not parallel, should add water in grinding wheel and grind in.
5.5 Grinder equipment's roller jitter mania and noice is large.
Failure cause:both side bearing of grinder equipment 's roller is damaged.
Troubleshooting:Immediate replacement of the same type of bearings.Each bearing of grinder equipment should be often filling grease, every two working days should be filling calcium based grease,whole machine maintain regularly once a month; The entire unit after discontinuation, deal with the machine maintenance, cleaning bearings and grease injection, all electrical device's moisture-proof measures should be taken, so as not to affect the equipment performance and service life.
5.6The tempreture of the grinder equipment's motor is risen.
Failure cause:overload or voltage instability.
Troubleshooting:while working for a long time, should stop to rest, general continuous service time does not exceed 2-3 hours at a time; at the same time, should check whether the wheel up and down is in parallel; If voltage instability, should check whether voltage values conform to the requirement of motor, positive and negative value shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. Handles should be carried out slowly, the grinding wheel friction not allowed to rise quickly,avoid motor overload operation and burned.

No.6.Grinder equipment related problem

1.Installation and debugging.

Installation:

1)Put machine in a place where is clean, sanitary, a certain distance away from the wall,and is easy to connect water pipe and drainage, according to the tag of machine,use tap water inlet pipe connected to the machine.

2)Power source: 220V/50Hz,adopt to the single-phase three-wire system. Equipped with a 10A leakage protection switch; The double color ground wire must be solidly grounding.

3)Machine cushion, avoid machine vibration and affect the service life of the grinder equipment.

Debugging

1)Take off the hopper of grinder equipment, loosen grinder clasp,open grinding cover to check if the wheel up and down is tighten.

2)Rotating the frame with the hand,check the motor rotation whether is flexible, covering the grinder and locking hasp, appropriately loose the handle on cover and draw the screen frame, make it rotate freely (upper and lower grinding wheel is not contact),restore the hopper.

3)Open the switch,turning on the power supply,start the grinder,allow a small amount of water into the grinder,and then slowly rotating grinder on the handle along the direction of the small finess,while hearing a slight scrape noise from slag notch, can close the switch.

4)When the noise of grinder is too big, can adjust the clearance of upper and down grinding wheel,and feeder diameter's gap,until reach to the minimum noise, finish debugging.

5)The above work is completed, can be milled slurry.

2.Operational approach

1)Granding: open the inlet valve slightly, press the switch of grinder, rotating inlet valve, adjusting water flow rate, and put some material into the hopper,the dregs of the slag notch must be loose,no excluding pulp, then put foodstuff into the hopper of grinder.

2)Cleaning and turn it off

Grinding:(cleaning the grinder every time when it no longer continuous mill .) Open ground cover, clear the residue ;if necessary, should uncrew filter down to thoroughly clean and wash ,after washing,restore the grinder and hopper, push switch of grinder and water valve,grinding without anything for 1-2 minutes.

Shutdown: after the work done above, shut off the power switch and close the inlet valve.

4.replacement of wheel and filter

 1) replacement of fixed grinding wheel

 After the grinding wheel is worn or damage, loosen the clasp, take off the under cover, we can replace grinding wheel by loosing the grinding wheel on the fastening screw.when you fit on a new grinding wheel, must make grinding wheel against the underside, then diagonally to tighten the screws.

2)replacement of rotating grinding wheel:

Hold on the screen frame, loosen the fastening screw, can unload grinding wheel. 

3)Thoroughly clean or replace filter:

After take down grinding wheel, can remove strainer,clean it with warm water and detergent, according to the original states restore the strainer.

5.Attention:

1)After using the machine each time, must be timely cleaning grinder seriously,otherwise the residual slag slurry can cause bacteria breed,and peculiar smell. Especially in summer, more attention should be timely cleaning,guarantee to sanitary machine.

2)After using the machine, do not forget turn off the power and water supplies.

3)Small stones and small metal objects, not allow to enter rinder, otherwise wheel and strainer will be broken,even burn out motor.

4)While adjusting the wheels of up and down, do not adjust too tight, lest cause motor overload, so that the motor burn out. In addition, the grinding wheel contact too tight, will cause the loss of motor speed, lack of slag,or mixed with slurry etc.

5)While cleaning cylinder grinder, do not flush so hard to cause the water from the motor shaft into the motor,result in burn out.The correct way is to start the grinder with water flushing, after the washing process,stop grinding,shut down power supply and water supply, it is strictly prohibited washing the machine with high pressure water rinse. Prevent to wet electric device, lead to failure.
